
january 22: While walking to the bus stop one morning, Kaleb pointed out our neighbor’s tree with its branches covered in ice drops.

january 23: This hat is five out of fifty that I am making to donate to the newborns at Providence Hospital.

january 24: The whole time I was standing in Miles’ doorway trying to get this photo, I was silently praying that my foot didn’t land on the creaky floorboard and wake him up.
Luckily, it didn’t.

january 25: Shoveling multigrain cheerios in his mouth as fast as he could.

january 26: Whenever we ask Kaleb where he wants to eat, his response is always “The Mongolian place”.

january 27: I was up at 3:30am with Miles because he decided he was done sleeping. I pulled out a crochet project I’d been working on the day before and got to work.

january 28: Fresh out of the bath with slicked back hair.
